He leads the vision and strategy for Windows + Devices, which includes the development and design of the Windows user experience for the Windows ecosystem, and the development, design, supply chain, and manufacturing of all Microsoft hardware.

• The Windows + Devices team blends art, science, and unwavering pride in craftsmanship to create end-to-end experiences that fuse hardware and software, transforming the way people work, live, create, and learn.

• Since joining Microsoft in 2004, Panay has become known as a creative visionary in product-making. He truly believes that products are a reflection of the people who make them and the people who use them.
