Nikolay Kolev

Managing Director Northern & Central Europe WeWork

Nikolay, "Niki" Kolev has been Managing Director of WeWork since January 2020.

In this function, he is responsible for the strategic and financial realignment of the world's leading space-as-a-service provider for the regions Northern and Central Europe and Israel.

Previously, he was at Deloitte Digital, where he spent five years as a member of the consulting management team and partner in the area of digital transformation and ventures. As co-founder and managing director of Deloitte Digital GmbH, he advised large companies and the public sector on all aspects of digital change and the development of new business models.

Niki also co-founded two early stage investment funds focusing on B2B tech start-ups. Previously, he built up A.T. Kearney's digital business in EMEA and was part of the management team of Skrill, a London-based eWallet and digital payment company
