Since 2019, Lukas is CEO of Gravity Global AG, an Education Technology company based in Zurich Switzerland. In parallel, he is a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences of Zurich (ZHAW) with a focus on Transformation Management.

Lukas’ professional career started in 1999 with McKinsey & Company. Later, he joined Zurich Insurance Company where he led the build-up of the international operation serving the largest and most complex insurance clients on a global basis. It was in this role, where he got in touch with Learning and Development as one of the most important levers to create and foster a consistent, client-oriented culture across organisational silos.

Lukas holds a master in Environmental Sciences from ETH Zurich.
