Since the beginning of 2018, Lukas Schoenwetter is responsible for Talent Management, Learning & Development as well as Employer Attractiveness within Georg Fischer Corporation. In the past 19 years, Lukas has gained a broad industrial HR experience within ABB Switzerland, ABB Turbo Systems and the global Swiss company Bühler Group, including a multi year's stay as HR Director in North Carolina (USA) and Bavaria (Germany). In all these years, he exhibited a special passion for HR topics in the field of people Development & learning.

Lukas holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an Executive Master in Human Resources Management from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. He lives near Schaffhausen with his wife and his three young daughters.
