Jennifer Jordan (MS, MPhil, PhD Yale University) is a Professor of Leadership and Organizational behavior at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. Prior to IMD, Jennifer was a Rosalind Franklin Fellow and associate professor in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands and a lecturer at the Kellogg School of Management. Earlier in her career, Jennifer served as a research fellow and lecturer at Kellogg and at the Tuck School of Business in the United States. She researches, teaches about, and consults in the areas of power and influence, leading in the digital age, and ethics. Her research articles are published in several top journals within management and social psychology. And Jennifer serves on the editorial boards of the academic journals, Leadership Quarterly and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. In 2019, Jennifer was named as one of the top 40 MBA professors worldwide under 40 years of age by Poets and Quants and nominated for a Thinkers50 Radar Award.
