Imane Jamal Eddine
Country Head of Customer Success Unit
Imane is currently the Country Head of Customer Success Unit in Microsoft Singapore. She is leading an organization of Customer Success Account Managers, Customer Success Architects and Customer Success Managers supporting Enterprise and Public Sector customers across Microsoft portfolio.
Prior to Microsoft, Imane held several leadership positions in Japan, France and Singapore. Her most recent roles were focused on Customer Success in Oracle where she led their customer success teams for both ASEAN Enterprise Customers and SMB APAC and Japan businesses.
Imane is a Japanese citizen of Moroccan origin, as a minority female in Tech, Imane champions D&I in addition to female advancement in the workplace. She was the Country Leader of Oracle Women's Leadership (OWL) in SIngapore.
