Dr. Filip Thon has been at the helm of innogy Polska since 2008 and has been involved with the Group since 2004 in various top management positions. At present, he is leading E.ON Customer Solutions business in Central and Eastern Europe in addition to his position in Poland.

Before starting his work in Warsaw he was vice president of the Czech RWE-Transgas. He has earned his university degree on technological university in Prague and his Ph.D. at the Technical University of Ostrava
