Bee Kheng is the Managing Director, Renewals, Asia-Pacific Japan and China, at Cisco. She leads the APJC renewal business partnering with APJC Sales and Customer Experience leadership to accelerate services, software and subscription renewals. This role is critical to Cisco’s customer experience strategy and will drive future growth of our recurring revenues.

She is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in building innovative sales organizations that are characterized by their focus on customers and partners, operational excellence and winning culture.

Prior to this, Bee Kheng led Cisco’s Singapore and Brunei business for the past three years. During that time she and her team delivered double digit growth every year. This was made possible by her leadership which saw the entire team come together as one unit working towards a collective goal.

The biggest testament to her pursuit of excellence has been the opening of the Singapore Co-Innovation Center and the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence in our new office. Both these centers have only been made possible by establishing successful partnerships with the Economic Development Board of Singapore.

Bee Kheng has more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology industry and has held various leadership roles in sales, operations and other verticals across Asia-Pacific and Japan. She is passionate about encouraging women to pursue a career in the IT sector. Outside the world of IT, she has a keen interest in history, psychology, philosophy and science.
