John Scherer is a world-renowned expert in leadership and development in the organization. As a former naval officer, Lutheran pastor and Gestalt psychotherapist, he created the Leadership Development Intensive Program (LDI), in which the best managers from 23 countries took part. He is the founder of Scherer Leadership International and has been working with organizations and their leaders from around the world for over 30 years. Until now, he supported companies such as Boeing, Microsoft, GTE, Ford, Pratt & Whitney, Sisters of Mercy Health Corporation, Polaroid, The US Army, Northern Telecom, TV New Zealand, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Siemens, DHL, Government of Canada and other. In Poland, he cooperated with the management boards of, among others companies: Orlen, Netia, AMRest, Orange, Nationale Nederlanden and PLAY. Dr John J. Scherer is the author of best-selling books, including "Five Questions That Change Everything: Life Lessons at Work". In 2008, he was placed by The Stephen Covey Organization on the list of 100 most important innovators in the field of personal development and leadership.
