Hannah Schwär is an editor at Business Insider, covering Tech and the German startup ecosystem. Prior to that, she’s been writing for WELT, BILD and Rheinische Post. Her career as a journalist began at the University of Münster, where she hosted shows at the campus radio in her spare time while studying politics and economics.

Hannah is a Top 30 under 30 journalist (class 2017), one of the 33 startup reporters to watch (class 2020) and graduate of the Axel Springer Akademie, one of Germany’s most prestigious journalism schools.
