From the beginning of his career, he participated in numerous projects related to the use of modern technologies in finance and banking. Since 2017, as Director of the Innovation and Payments Department in the Retail Banking Division of polish Bank Pekao S.A., responsible for digital banking, POS acquiring, card products, Innovation Lab and Omnichannel platform. Leader of Digital Transformation Programme of Retail Division of the bank. During 19 years of his professional career in Bank BPH (till 2007) and Bank Pekao he was involved in many transformational projects and creation of new solutions like digital banking systems, CRM, mobile banking applications and mobile payments solutions. He was responsible for implementation of such innovative payment solutions like third HCE contactless implementation in Europe, PeoPay virtual card provisioning to Apple Pay and first multi-currency card in Poland. One of the latest developments of Pekao - mobile banking app – PeoPay was awarded by EFMA-Accenture Distribution & Marketing Innovation Award in 2018. A member of the Supervisory Board of KIR S.A and Centrum Kart S.A., a member of the VISA Council , Council of Bank Card Publishers and Electronic Banking Council of the Polish Bank Association.
