Aleksandra Sroka-Krzyżak at PKO Bank Polski is responsible for the Strategy, Project Management and implementation of Digital Transformation. Before PKO, Ola was a Director at The Boston Consulting Group, an international strategic consulting company with which she was associated for 12 years. She managed projects for the financial and insurance sector related to digital transformation, open banking, innovation strategies, including cooperation with Fintechs, improving efficiency and merging processes. She has completed many projects abroad, worked for the BCG office in New York and Milan. At BCG she managed the Women Initiative in Central Europe - a program whose goal is to support women's managerial development, and is also a mentor at STEM and Empower.pl She is a graduate of Finance at the Wrocław University of Economics, she also studied Financial and Mathematical Analysis at the University of Malardalen in Sweden.
